Evidence before autonomy
A decision-support system becomes useful when a reviewer can reconstruct why it reached a conclusion.
An observation is not a conclusion. A photograph, packet-capture indicator, or agent response needs context, provenance, and a clear statement of what remains unknown.
A practical workflow separates capture, validation, assessment, approval, and recording. Each stage should preserve the evidence needed by the next reviewer. Consequential action requires explicit human authority.
ARIS provides a public example of documented lifecycle and authorization boundaries. The documentation also describes important limits, including raw payload retention and local filesystem assumptions. Those limits belong alongside the capability claims.
This is an editorial engineering perspective, not a report of a customer deployment or a certification of the linked software.
